You may have heard of the Olympics. But have you heard of the X-Games?
There are a lot of people in the X-Games from all over the world.
They do lots of stunts like big air, half pipe, and racing. They have
two different kinds of X-Games, the Winter X-Games, and the Summer X-Games.
In the summer X-Games they have skateboarding,
roller blading, biking, and street luging. Skateboarders go on half-pipes
and jump parks. Street lugers go racing on streets. Bikers ride on dirt tracks
and jump parks. Bikers also go in pipes. Roller bladers go in pipes
and in parks just like skateboarders.
In the winter X-Games they have snowmobiling, snowboarding,
skiing, and skiboarding. Snowboarders do big air, racing, and half-pipes.
Snowmobiles race and do very very big air. Skiers do the same thing
as snowboarders. There is something called skiboarding and it is just
a little like the other things I told you already. Ski boarders race,
go in the half pipe, and do very big air.
No matter what X games event you go to, there will always
be pros who get Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
